“Why can’t they just submit?” That is what Nebuchadnezzar was thinking as he ordered the Hebrew children thrown into the furnace. A few minutes later he got his answer as he understood there was a higher power able to stop his little furnace or render it useless. The men in the fire were not rebels or troublemakers. They were loyal top officers in the kingdom. They just served a bigger God. That’s why they couldn’t submit.
Why can’t they just submit? That’s what the Romans were wondering as they rounded up Christians by the thousands and crucified them for disobeying the Roman laws about claiming there was an authority over Caesar. How dare they insult “his royal highness” so! Don’t they know that Caesar is God? We’ll teach them! Why can’t they just submit?”

Don’t they know that our law says they must believe this? Why can’t they just submit?”

“Why can’t they just submit?” That is what Building inspector Don Mayo, Attorney Allison Rogers, Attorney Janet Lander, George Touart, Commissioners Kevin White, Tom Banjanin, Marie Young, Bill Dickson and Mike Whitehead are asking themselves right now. “Don’t these people know the courts have ruled, the commission has voted, the inspectors have decided? They must get our permission to operate a Church ministry in this county. We decide if they can have a church ministry on that property and we decide if they build their buildings to worship God in the correct way. We decide who is allowed to worship God here and where they can do it. People like Apostle Paul, Patrick Henry, Shadrach or John Bunyon are not welcome here. Why can’t they just submit?”
So… Why can’t the Church ministry at 29 Cummings Road in Pensacola just submit? I can’t explain it to them. I’ve tried but they will not or cannot listen. Maybe someone else can explain it to them. Maybe God will have to explain it to them! [Job 38:1 style?] We don’t want to cause problems. We don’t want to build anything unsafe or pollute the ground or bother our neighbors. We have begged them to come tell us what they don’t like about our buildings but they won’t tell us. I fear that this county is at the crossroads and their decisions in the next few weeks or months may result in God’s blessing or judgment. Deut. 11:26.
When people are given a badge and a gun or a black robe, does it always make them think they are God?

I was fortunate to be able attend the Kent State University and see Dr. Hovind live for the first time! I was disappointed, but not surprised, that the KSU professors backed out at the last minute. The Doc was well prepared and carried on with a brief version of Seminar #4 “Lies in the Textbooks.” I could see the look of disgust and shock of the “science students” as they failed to provide evidence for their religious beliefs on evolution and were willingly ignorant of the facts before them that proved their beliefs to be lies. I wish I could have spent a few more minutes with Dr. Hovind, but I was afraid to interrupt while he was setting up, and I didn’t have enough time to stay after we wrapped up. So I just chickened out, shook hands and said, “I love your videos.”
Oh well, maybe next time. Until then I will be studying and working on my own creation ministry in northeast Ohio.

“Why can’t they just submit?” – I ask that same question of my wife… LOL. But I also ask that same question when I see christians leaving the leadership of a godly pastor. I also ask that same question when children don’t obey their parents. Apparently, it’s all part of turning away from God’s word, and setting oneself up as a higher authority.
Submit, Obey and Authority
Ephesians 5:22 – Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Hebrews 13:17 – Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
Colossians 3:20 – Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
Proverbs 29:2 – When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Our freedom’s and privacy are crumbling. The collectivist nature of government and media helps in a one-world order, and nothing will be exempt from it’s control. I pray you have victory in this Dr. Hovind.
The dead will never submit. They have searched for, and found them selves with ease, because of the brain washing of the evolutionist, atheists, hypocrites, and Pagan followers. Who ever finds their life shall lose it, and who ever looses their life for Jesus sake will find it.
They have found pleasure in sin, and live by the pride of life. The pride of life will be the downfall of thousands. You must hate this world and even life itself before you can be a disciple of Christ Jesus: That means giving up a lot of things and cutting off things in your life to achieve righteousness and uprightness. Love you brother, love your enemy. If you hate a man you have not God in you. Love God with all you heart, soul
and strength, and love your neighbor, do to others as you would have them do to you.
I pray that God Almighty the Living God; the beginning, and the end; creator of all things on earth, and in the heavens; God the Father who’s image we are created in; whose mercy is great; whose love is everlasting will bring revelation to the dead in sin. Open their hearts to the truth. Let the deaf in sin hear your message and bring to them salvation through your only begotten son Jesus Christ.
Who so ever hears the truth hears Jesus and also the Father.
