Wow! What a year! God has been so good! The ministry is still going well. I’m still in prison in South Carolina, but God is able to get me out at a moment’s notice (Acts 12:5). The Motion for Release Pending Appeal was filed December 20th and we await the decision of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The transcripts are still not finished. Now is the time for concerted, fervent prayer for God to show His mighty power in this case.
As I have done for nearly thirty-nine years, I encourage all of us to read Luke 2:52 this time of year and take stock of our lives in four areas – physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Did we improve in each area last year?
The Lord is due back any minute to take the Christians from the earth. We need to use our limited time left on earth to win souls and influence others for Him. Nothing else will matter in a hundred years!

He would share them with others. He can receive new books only directly from bookstores, but not hardcover books. Only paperbacks! No DVDs, or CDs, or anything else hard or sharp, no staples, etc. (No tracts with staples in them.) Do not put “Dr.” on his name, or it may get thrown away by the guards, unfortunately. They do not always return postal items that do not get delivered to inmates. I have never seen you live, but I have been able to see you through your DVD’s. I’ll pray that you be set free. As a CPA, I can’t believe how wrong your imprisonment is. I hope justice will be served and you will be released.

God’s Critter Classifications for Ark Passengers:
Scripture verses are Genesis 6:19-21 ( & also 7:2-3, 8-7, 14-16.)
Genesis 6:19-20. It basically says the same thing whether you use the TANAHH, the KJV, the NASB, or the NIV! Here’s how it breaks down in the Hebrew:
6:19 oo/& mi/from kol/all ha/the chi/living mi/from kol/all basar/flesh shnayim/2 mi/from kol/all taviy/bring-you el/to ha/the teivah/ark l/to ha/the chaot/keep-alive itach/with-you zachar/male oo/& nkeivah/female yihyu/they-shall-be
We know from 7:15 that these were the types of critters that had lungs, because you have to have lungs to take a breath. Bugs & insects, & worms & that sort of living things all breath through their skin as Dr Hovind has explained.
In verse 6:20 God breaks them down into 3 different categories, according to how they move:
Category #1
In the Hebrew it reads: may/from ha/the off/fowl l-mi-yneihu/to-from-its-kind
7:14 adds: kol/all tzipor/bird kol/all kanaf/wing
Basically it was anything that had wings. That would include any type of bat type creatures, as well as birds. It wasn’t classified according to feathers; instead, it was put into this classification if it had wings! Their gender is sometimes hard to distinguish.
The winged creatures classified as ‘clean’ went into the ark by 7 pairs (See 7:3).
The ‘unclean’ by one pair. Any kind of bird known as a hunter or a scavenger (God’s clean up crews) was considered ‘unclean’. See Leviticus 11 & Deuteronomy 14. The unclean is defined by what it eats. All the unclean flying creatures listed eat other critters. The scriptures also describe them as being ‘hateful’ (Revelation 18:2). All of them will eat other birds, especially other species of chicks, if given the opportunity. Pelicans will eat other birds whole. Owls eat skunks, as well as domestic cats, & a few other taste critters like mice & rabbits. Bat type creatures are included here. Pterodactyls (Thunderbirds & such) have a reputation for eating carrion, including human corps. They also have a reputation for eating the living, including humans. They’d definitely fit into the ‘unclean’ category! }[Can you imagine what kind of challenge it must have been to cage them up properly on the ark, so that they didn’t reach out of their cage & grab another critter that might have escaped from it’s cage?]

In the Hebrew it reads: oo/& mi/from ha/the b/in he/the mah/everywhere l-mi-ynah/to-from-her-kind
If ‘behemah’ is broken down, it means ‘in-the-everywhere’. Generally it’s used for livestock type critters. There are some that are considered ‘clean’ & others ‘unclean’ as we see in verses 7:2,8. [‘Behemoth’ in Job 40:15 describes a long neck, long tail dinosaur. Behemoth is a plural feminine version of ‘Behemah’. My guess is that when Adam named that particular creature, he named it ‘In-The-Everywhere!!!’] These are the kind of critters that can’t travel along the ground by any kind of creeping movement, & they don’t have wings. So what kind of critters would that be? Anything with 4 straight legs! All livestock, deer, elk, gazelles, antelope, elephants, rhinos, hippos, straight legged dinos, & anything else with that sort of mobility.

In the Hebrew it reads: mi/from kol/all remes/creeping ha/the adamah/ground l-mi-yneihu/to-from-its-kind
Anything that can travel with a ‘creeping’ motion. [The American Century Dictionary defines ‘creep’ as the ability to ‘move with the body prone & close to the ground’ & also the ability to ‘move stealthily or timidly’.] This would include critters that hunt & stock their prey(‘cat’ & ‘dog’ type critters as well as crocodiles). Also squirrels, mice, rabbits, any kind of animal that digs, bears, monkeys (they can creep), raccoons, ‘kangaroo’ type critters (because their forearms give them a variety of mobility), beavers, platypus, Australian spiny ant eater(echidna), lizards of all sorts, snakes. Their gender is sometimes hard to distinguish. It’s any kind of critter that has lungs but doesn’t have wings or straight legs. ‘remes’/‘romes’ is probably where we got our word ‘to-roam-around’ from.
There’s no classification listed for remes/creeping being ‘clean’ or ‘un-clean’, because none of them are ever used for sacrifices, whereas certain types of birds, as well as certain types of ‘behemah/livestock’ are.
The end of verse 6:20 in the Hebrew:
shnayim/2 mi/from kol/all yavou/coming ayleycha/to-you l/to ha/the choyot/keep-alive
Genesis 7:8 also breaks things down into these 3 catagories. The ‘behemah’, the ‘fowl’ & the ‘remes’. Check it out!
And just in case you think God left something out, verse 7:14 begins with (in the Hebrew)
‘hemah/they v/& kol/all ha/the chayeh/alive-critters l-mi-ynah/to-from-her-kind’
& then it lists the 3 categories.
Here’s another interesting thing:
In Hebrew when it talks about the fowl in 7:3, here’s how it reads:
gam/also may/from off/fowl ha/the shamayim/2-heavens shivah/7 shivah/7 zachar/male oo/& nkeivah/female l/to chayot/keep-alive zera/seed al/upon pnay/face kol/all ha/the aretz/earth
The birds define where the face of the 2-heavens starts because some birds can’t fly.
Apparently at that time there were some birds that could fly on the edge of what God defines as outer space. I’m not sure if there are still birds that do this during migratory flights or not. Does anybody know? And do you have any thoughts to add to the above research?

Insect do not have lungs (in a vertebrate sense) but they do respire (breathe) through openings (spiracles) into tracheal tubes. For more detail please see:

I continue to pray for you. I so badly want to see you out of prison and glorifying God out here like you did in times past. I also know that God is using you where you are at too. God just wants a willing vessel to work on, in, and through.
There are many out on the streets who are living in their own little prisons created by sin in their lives. They are locked up inside and don’t know how to get out and we, as believers, have the key that unlocks the cell that that each of them live in. As you well know, that key is the Lord Jesus Christ. Keep preaching the Lord of glory!

All I did was ask you to back up your claim from the Hebrew why you claim that God’s name is Yahweh. Every Hebrew scholar that I have read claims that it is impossible. You cannot get the name Yahweh from the Hebrew. I don’t know this for sure but I personally think that you are beginning to see that the name Yahweh is not of God and you don’t want to face it. I think back when I found out that all the new bibles that I was teaching from was not of God and the fight that I had with myself and God to let them go. It is hard to tell people who have trusted you that you have been wrong in an area, super hard.
Since I am the temple of God, I don’t want to practice unrighteous anger under my roof and that is wherever I am at any given time. I am mad about many things that I see happening in this world. I get angry to see what it being done to little children whether in the womb or out of it. It angers me to see how our government legalizes baby killing in womb of the mothers, how they legalize, justify, perverted sex. It angers me to see how our government has rejected the constitution, etc. I get mad at many things that I see happening in these last days and I pray that is continually brings me to my knees.

Mrs. Gayle has recently suffered a very major stroke. I would appreciate it if those that read and participate in this blog would please pray for bro. Ray and his family. I would also like to request that people pray for my friend Trevor’s father, he is currently undergoing chemo therapy in Lubbock Texas for inoperable cancer. Dear Brother Hovind,
Recently your wife typed up & somebody else posted your knee-mail with Hur, the guy who held up one of Moses’s arms.[Exodus 17:8-13, posted Jan 10, 2008]
Last week in our Women’s Bible Study, Hur was mentioned in our work book, & the story about him was making a profound impression, so this week I decided that I would continue the discussion over Hur by reading your ‘Knee-Mail between Kent & Hur’. Afterwards I began elaborating on it. There was a spunky 77 year old widow sitting next to me [We’ll call her ‘Spunky 77’].
Spunky 77 reckons that she’s not of much use for the Kingdom of God, & doesn’t have any spiritual gifts. [[But all 3 of her kids are walking with the Lord, & she attends all her grandkids’ sporting events, even in the snow! & a lot of us wish we had a grandma like that!!!]]
The first time I ever set foot in this church was for Women’s Bible Study, & guess who greeted me & made me feel like I belonged there? Spunky 77! When I pointed this out to her during Bible Study, two other gals each said the same thing, that it was because of her greeting them that they had decided to come back!!
On another occasion, I brought my Mother-in-law (who was confined to a wheel chair) to church. For some reason that morning I didn’t have ‘church clothes’ to put on her, so I dressed her in sweat shirt & jogging pants much to her chagrin. When I got her to church, Spunky 77 came up to her, put her arm around her, & told her she looked really cute! [& that was exactly what my Mother-in-law needed to hear!]
A person might not have a gift that comes with a ‘spiritual’ label, but if they have the love of God bubbling out of their heart, God can take the most simple things, & use them for His mighty purposes!

There’s a book titled ‘Noah’s Ark: A Feasibility Study’ by John Woodmorappe.
He’s of the notion that certain kinds of insects & worms & mice, etc, etc, were bred on the Ark in order to feed some of the critters. That would be in keeping with the verse that says that they were to take with them some of every kind of food that was eaten.(Genesis 6:21)

In Genesis 18:17-19 we read what God said to Abraham the Father of our faith, or the one who taught his own the ways of God… Let’s read…

(note) The Hebrew meaning for LORD is bath. “Wash” in implication or context, “God was washing away the old thinking of Abraham and conveying the New ways He wantented Him to learn and think and to teach these new thoughts to his decendents.
Now there is a parralelle. Some in our nation, want to teach or wash our minds with there new ways or “World Order” of thinking. Our Nations founding Father, and our Nation’s Capital City is named what … Washington … Wash/LORD … Were they trying to substatute who we know as God … Father, Son, Holy Spirit with some “esoteric” agenda? Something to think about. Is there an “agenda” we are not aware about? Is this mentioned in the Book of Daniel? 8:23 (This also needs to be read from the King James as some other versions miss it compleatley). Jesus said, be careful no one lie to you. Each one of us is a nation, but through Christ, and His teachings we are made one people Jew and Gentile became the Messianic Congregation, or Messianic Community, or “The Church” as it is known in the Christian circles/community. Eph 2. This is where we fail to recognize that, WE ARE THE INVITED ONES, we are the guests. not to confuse the matter but the bible says what went onto the Ark; not what “only” went onto the Ark. Noah might have had a few hundred cubic metres of top soil to grow fresh vegetables with. I doubt that it would have been gamma ray irradiated. Did Noah’s “dog kinds” carry any fleas on board?
And at the risk of appearing stupid by taking, thou Ganf, too seriously if you wanted to go and spend a few hours at a good Yeshiva discussing the differences between Ruach, Nephesh and Neshamah you might have a case for something?
Maybe knock over Fuzzy Logic for a few thoughts on the distinction between living and dead. How many human body cells continue replicating after the occupant has left the building. The English language word “die” was not used in connection with plants at all until modern times. Plants are not alive in a biblical sense, so they don’t “die”; and earlier English language speakers comprehended this point. But lets not get too dogmatic, maybe Noah even took a few hairy legged spiders on board simply to play practical jokes on Mrs Noah. Who knows what spider venom is like in a hyperbaric environment. Also has the Schumann frequency differed. What does that code say to biological systems? Weather is a code isn’t it? Good God, are you telling me plants can’t read a weather forecast? What did Sumatra elephants listen to about the tsunami? Or is the Ruach telling them something that you cannot conceive of by day or night.
PA, – if science just means “knowledge” what is it they teaching in biology, history, geography:- could it be something other than knowledge?

PLATE TECTONICS or HYDROPLATE THEORY?
Recently I had a conversation with some Believers as to why they thought that the theory of Plate Tectonics was valid. They said because one of their number thought that ‘fountains of the great deep’ could be interpreted as ‘fountains of fire’. At that time I didn’t have this verse dissected, but now I do. Here’s the results:
{& it matters, because the scriptures are the key for the research going in the right direction, & everybody needs to get on the same page. We don’t have time to waste!
I see people misinterpreting the evidence. If they knew exactly what the scriptures said, there wouldn’t be this problem. I think the answer is clear even if you don’t know Hebrew, however the Hebrew greatly clarifies the issues. Here goes:}
Genesis 7:11:
The JKV says [we’ll start here!] ‘In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. [7:12] And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.’
Ok, now for the Hebrew:

[¹niv-k-oo/split/broke-open: ‘Word by Word’ says ‘were-split’]
[²maynot/fountains: This word means FOUNTAINS-OF-WATER. (It doesn’t have anything to do with fire.)]
[³t-hom/deep: This concept has to be ‘water’ or else it wouldn’t be in keeping with the concept of Genesis 1:2-5. In Genesis 1:2-5, the only thing that exists at that point is water & God’s light. For this reason, ‘deep’ cannot mean ‘hot molten lava & that sort of thing’ as some purpose. It can only mean ‘water’ because Genesis 1:2-5 explains Genesis 7:11.
rabah/great: is not even used in Genesis 1:2-5. It’s used here to distinguish the ‘great deep’ from the shallow pre-flood seas. 2 Peter 3:5 says that ‘the earth was standing out of water & in the water’. The ‘great-deep’ was under the land mass according to Peter.
‘rabah’ used here also has to do with rank, as to ‘chief’. Apparently, this underground body of water was the chief or biggest body of water on earth. ‘t’hom’ in the Hebrew not only means ‘deep’, but it also means something that is in perpetual motion. This great body of water under the land mass was in a constant state of motion right from day one of it’s existence.]
[⁴arubot/windows/floodgates/ambush: This is not the same word as Genesis 8:6. ‘arubot’ means ‘to lie in wait or ambush’. The word ‘floodgates’ used in NASB is closer to the true meaning.]
[⁵ shamiyim/ 2-heavens: The only way that rain can come from outer space is if the fountains of the great deep shot it up there to begin with!]

Dear PA.- just thinking out loud again but what does the “man of sin” look like:-
a. a red eyed haggard street dealing cocaine junkie? OR
b. a man wearing imported silk business suites who would never dream of defaulting on a parking ticket or being late with a utility bill who carries a brief case to work with references to 5 million+ statute laws with which they can bludgeon the public into compliance at zero risk to themselves; with provisions of indemnity over all their statute business dealings?

[I'll tell this story again, hopefully for the last time, but I once spent a social weekend away with state appointee public defender/ barrister who drove a two hundred thousand dollar car, divorced, immaculate dress who wasn't sure what a court of competent jurisdiction was. the point being that lawyers routinely learn a lot of process and statute without any theory of law attached. Find your niche, make your money and walk with impunity. Don't ask any questions. Does it sound biblically familiar? ]
what good will it do them ? but will the average man in the street see the flash car, expensive suit, sort of confident stride and vote with them? where does it leave the junkie plying a cash economy trade in a substance God put into plants somewhere in the Andes.
Its all oh so easy isn’t it? Drugs are bad – any Pharisee should be able to take you straight to the verse that says so ……………..
I don’t know which one they’ll use but a lawyer will back them to the hilt of a 12 inch thick paper file statutory knife – and then add a twist of their own.
