4. His contagious enthusiasm for all that he sets out to accomplish.
5. The twinkle in his eye when it’s only he and I that understand a non-verbal communication.
6. He knows how to fix stuff!
7. He CARES when something is broken!
8. He follows through the knowing, and the caring, to the actual REPAIRING!
9. He loves souls!
10. His wink!
11. His hair when it has the wind-blown look!
12. He still loves me even though I posess a much smaller vocabulary than his! (I am working on this!)
13. He’s brave.
14. He’s such a fantastic teacher!
15. He loves to laugh!
16. He is easy to cook for, because he’s not demanding and is not particular – just feed him.
17. He truly appreciates anything I fix him to eat – even a peanut butter, blackberry jelly, cheese and bacon sandwich – light on the peanut butter, heavy on the jelly. (Yuck! But he loves it!)
18. He appreciates the simple things in life, like a walk after supper with the family.
19. His never-doubted faithfulness in our marriage!
20. He truly loves his mother-in-law!
21. The way he says my name.
22. He adores his grandchildren and always has time for them!
23. He loves to help others.
24. He’s not a sports fan.
25. He’s not a TV-aholic.
26. He desires to do mighty things for the Kingdom of God.
27. He doesn’t need expensive toys like most men.
28. His wonderful gift to make the complex understandable for any age.
29. His incredible energy.
30. He lets me sleep in if the schedule permits.
31. He taught our children to appreciate and take care of their mother.
32. He always led in fun-filled, family devotions!
33. He’s a very hard worker.
34. He truly appreciates a clean house.
35. He reaches out to the unloved as well as the loved.
36. He fully appreciates God’s creation, but loves the Creator even more!

Dr. Hovind can also receive new books, but only directly from bookstores. And no hardcover books are allowed. No DVDs, CDs, or anything hard or sharp such as staples, etc (no tracts with staples in them). Do not send more than one tract at a time, as all gifts containing more than one tract will not be allowed. Do not put “Dr.” on his name, or it may be discarded by the guards. They do not always return postal items that are not delivered to inmates, so you may want to save a copy before mailing, so that you might try again in the event that he was recently moved for example.

Happy Anniversary!! May God bless you in health and strength. I love your Creation series minus a few things. I also like the fact that you are a supporter of the KJV version because I have found so many other versions are in error. Thanks for your work. I am not here to try make an argument although it may end that way but I hope not. I was watching your Creation series and was on Part 7 QA C or near that and you started talking about different religious beliefs. You talked about the Sabbath Day and I was a little disturbed that you definitely did not bring out all the scriptures that support God still sanctifying the 7th Day as the Sabbath. You said in 2500 years no one kept it. Adam and Eve kept it. Also what were the people killed by the flood judged by? No law? That is silly. The Ten Commandments were always existing. How was Satan judged? God made rules as He got more displeased with Satan’s logic in Heaven? That would be silly. The Bible teaches they are everlasting. You also use a legalistic view point to lessen the day that is not supported by what Jesus said or by what He practiced. Jesus said it was well to do good on the Sabbath. He did not work on the Sabbath by eating nor did he support what the Jews practiced at the time with all the rules they integrated into the religion of the time like walking a certain distance on the Sabbath. That is presumption on your part. The Ten Commandments have always been under attack by Satan and this is and will be the case until Jesus comes back. Please Dr Hovind do not do such a dangerous thing as debunct any of the Commandments. God did not ask to keep all the days as the Sabbath day. We should be holy as He is holy yes but that is a given if you love Jesus Christ. I know you are always right but …. God is the one watching you not me.

A note on the Sabbath Day, I agree with many/all (I think) of the comments made by, “freechristian1970” above. I have written on this subject a number of times before on this blog.
However I Love one of your sayings, “Eat the Meat & Spit out the Bones”. I don’t expect to agree with anyone on every issue, nor would I expect anyone else to agree with me on every issue.
Never the less I have learned and have been strengthened a huge amount by your ministry.
When I find myself at odds with my brother and it seems as though we have come to an impass, I like to ask God to open both our eyes to the truth as God has always much more to teach and greater insights to give to everyone.
1 Corinthians 13:12 (right now people only know in part, one day we will know EVEN AS ALSO WE ARE KNOWN)
I personally believe that God is building his Church (Bride) and we are many parts with many functions. Nobody wants to be a woolly lukewarm Christian compromising their beliefs, however my prayer is that we would all prayerfully and patiently show Love Honour & respect for one another anyway.
We love him too, but it’s really nice to hear the special way you love him. We see many of the same qualities and it’s real special to hear more from you. The two of you are a special encouragement & testimony to all those around you. Still caring and praying for you. Don’t give up.:)

Happy anniversary! The church has had the privilege of enjoying the gifts of Dr. Hovind during his ministry. It is however, completely unacceptable that he should eat peanut butter and chesse, bacon sandwiches. I won’t have it!
Ahhh …. Refreshing After the worlds system tried to destroy me from it’s so called family plan. Divorce You Go Jo and Dr. Hovind God truly has your backs… Keep the Faith while they try to break you!!!

Even if this isn’t the happiest of anniversaries you both have had, I pray it is filled with the joy only our Lord can give. My wife and I will be celebrating our 30th this year and I remember believing we’d never last through the first! Then Jesus changed everything. Kent, you and Jo have our prayers too. Seven years ago your tapes helped re-new my faith in God’s plan for his children. We WIN!! Christ has seen to that. I trust that this apparent “set-back” in your ministry will result in two giant steps forward before it’s all over. God bless you both.
I wanted to write. I don’t know what to say. All I know is that my love for your ministry and Kent Hovind with his great sense of humor still blesses me. I show everyone I can your videos. I believe Kent Hovind and his wife are innocent. I don’t know all of the details of the crime but I know the character of the man and woman of God that I got to know. I pray God gives them both strength. I pray that one day I will make enough money to be a benefactor to your ministry. I want to see it bear fruit until I die.

What a wonderful anniversary card Sister Jo. I like it, I am sure Brother Kent will love it and, most importantly, God will love it!
I am from UK and have never met either of you. However, the Christian world is a large place. Occasionally I get a burden to pray for Brother Kent and also for you, Sister Jo. We visited a church in London today and guess who the conversation came to – Brother Kent and his good creation teaching.
I haven’t figured out how to send a blog, so this reply will have to do. If Brother Kent reads this, I would like him to know I get real comfort and spiritual insight from his Knee-mails.
